In the content area of the website you can add as many links as you want to the Amazon Store area or links to specific products in the Store.

In this example they have the Amazon Store in a sub directory of the Main site, but it could be its own URL or a sub domain.

Amazon is changing its API on 10-25-11. The new version 2.5 is compatible with the new API.

The old 2.4 versions should continue to work, but we can not be 100% sure until 10-26-11. The old version is not expected to work after February 2012, when Amazon shuts down the old API.

Upgrade instructions:

1. If you have custom templates or any modifications done, make sure you save these before proceeding to the next step.
2. Make a backup copy of amzn folder - located here /wp-content/plugins/amzn – Its a good idea to make a complete backup of your site.
3. De-activate and Delete – WP Zon Builder on the Plugins page of your WP admin panel.
4. Install New version – Go to the WordPress back end to the Plugins page click the Add New button and install.
5. Activate.

Note:  If you have more than one site to upgrade, make sure you test it on one sight, before you upgrade all sites.  Let us know about any that is now working:  send links, screen shots or videos of any problems your are having to the support page.

California passed a law that makes Amazon want to re-open its affiliate program in that state. Several months ago California passed a law that made Amazon decide it was not going to offer its affiliate program there.

I am glad California law makers came to their senses.  I am surprised that the original law got over turned this quick.  They should pass some laws about not making so many new laws.

If you already have an Existing website, you can use WP Zon Builder’s Inline Single and Multi product listings feature to add products to any post or page.  Now when people visit your website, they will have another opportunity to buy a related product.

• With the Inline Single - you pick the exact product you want to list.  You can stack several of the singles together if you want to show more than one product.
• With the Inline Multi – you pick a keyword and Amazon will list similar or related products.  The Inline Multi allows multiple products to be listed.  We recommend listing 3-6 products in these type of listings.
